If you have received an item that you did not order and are missing an item that you have ordered, this is known as a picking error. In this case you will need to notify us by phone or email within 3 working days of receiving your delivery. Please ensure that you know your order reference, the product code and quantity ordered (or missing) as well as a product code, part number or description of the incorrect item that you have received, to enable us to process the picking error. We are unable to process picking errors outside of the 3 working day window.
We will arrange for replacement items to be sent if applicable within 2 working days. Collection of the incorrect items can take 2-3 working days to be completed.
Rarely you may receive an item that you did not order from us as well as everything that you did order, we ask that you email or call us with your order number and if possible, the product code or part number of the item that has been delivered in error. We shall then arrange collection of this product, this is normally within 2-3 working days of notification.
