If you wish to report a product because it is damaged on arrival please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your delivery. Please ensure that you know your order reference and the product code to enable us to process the return as quickly as possible. We will then arrange the collection of the damaged products at our cost, and a replacement product to be sent out.
We are unable to process damaged items outside of the 3 working day window.
We aim to have the replacement products delivered within 2 working days of you getting in contact with us, however the collections can take between 2-3 working days.
