Should you order something in error or if the product is no longer required, it's not a problem, we are happy to take it back and refund you, providing you notify us of this within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return the unwanted item, please return the item(s) to us at:

Please include in the parcel a copy of either the delivery note or invoice. The cost of the return would need to be covered by yourself. We always recommend using a tracked service.
Once your return has been safely received back at our warehouse a refund will be made back to the card or credit account originally used.
Please note that all returns must be in the manufacturers original packaging and in an unused and unopened re-saleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for food and drink items, or for bespoke or special order goods.
When a customer is returning a purchased product because they do not require it or ordered it in error they are responsible for arranging and paying for the return carriage.
Any items that are no longer required or ordered in error, if returned outside of the first 14 days may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us for more information about whether we can accept your return and what the restocking fee will be.
