If you have received a faulty item please accept our sincerest apologies for this, unfortunately due to the sheer numbers of products manufactured this does happen occasionally, but we do aim to make this as painless as possible for yourselves.
We should always be your first port of call for reporting faulty products however in some cases we may need to refer you to the manufacturer, this is largely when dealing with electronic items and such products as the guarantee may be covered with them. In this instance we will give you the manufacturers contact details as well as the information you will need to give to them in order to get the problem resolved quickly.
If the guarantee is covered by ourselves, we aim to arrange a replacement of your faulty item within 2 working days of you notifying us of the issue and collection of the faulty unit will be within 2-3 working days.
