0.1 Stationery UK Ltd will not be held liable for and special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (this includes without limitation any loss of data or profits or business interruption) arising from the use of the information provided on this website.

1.0 Pricing :

1.1 All goods remain the property of Stationery UK Ltd until full payment has been received.

1.2 All prices are subject to the prevailing rate of VAT where applicable. Please note we cannot process orders for export outside the EU or VAT refunded orders.

1.3 All prices shown are in pounds sterling.

1.4 All RRPs shown represent the manufacturers suggested selling price.

1.5. All prices shown are correct at the time of publishing, E & OE.

2.0 Payment:

2.1 Payment can be made securely using a credit or debit card online.

2.2. Credit accounts are available to business users.

2.3 All credit account applications are checked using the Credit Protection Association and will only be available if authorised.

2.4 All credit accounts are issued with terms of 30 days nett.

2.5 Payment for credit accounts can be made using BACS (preferable) or company cheques.

2.6 Any affiliateÂ premiums will be calulated on eligible skus only.

3.0 Products

3.1 Specifications for products are subject to change without notice.

3.2 If a product is out of stock and we are unable to obtain a delivery date we will advise you and offer you a suitable alternative whenever possible.

3.3 If a product is out of stock and we are able to establish a delivery date we will notify you by telephone or email to confirm the due date.

3.4 If the goods that you order are covered by manufacturers warranty, the liability remains with that specific manufacturer.

4.0 Aged Restricted Products

4.1 Certain products that we sell such as craft knives and blades can only be sold to those over 18 years of age. Our couriers will ask for age verification ID such as a passport or driving licence on delivery of your order. If this can not be provided the courier will not be able to deliver the whole of your order and it will be returned to our warehouses and your order cancelled.

5.0 Delivery

5.1 Your order may also arrive via multiple couriers on the same day. You should have been notified of this by email beforehand, however if you have only received part of your order and are unsure, please feel free to contact us for confirmation.

5.1 All of our deliveries are made via couriers who require a signature to complete delivery however some may accept a written note on the door to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour- please note if this is the case we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

5.2 All of our deliveries are a door step delivery service, this is for both standard items as well as furniture and special order items. If you require delivery into the building or to specific rooms or floors, this may be available for furniture and special order items at an added delivery cost. 5.3 Products will be delivered to you on either Express Delivery, Standard Delivery or Extended Delivery services depending on what is selected at checkout and the location of the delivery. Please note we do not offer Saturday or Sunday service however on rare occasions some couriers may attempt a delivery at the weekend.

5.4 Should you wish your order to be delivered on a specific day, please notify us before placing your order.

5.5 For eligible orders under Â£40 our standard delivery is charged at Â£5.99 ex-vat per delivery. For areas classified as highlands and islands, our Extended Delivery is charged at Â£20.84 ex-vat regardless of order value.

5.6 Furniture items are only delivered to the door/curbside. Drivers are not able to take items inside the building or place in specific rooms, if installation is required please contact us before placing your order and this is an additional service charge.

5.7.0 Delivery Services:

5.7.1 Standard Delivery Our standard delivery is normally a 2-4 working day delivery service, however this is subject to the occasional delay during peak time or when there is an issue with a delivery network. We typically use DPD, Fed-EX and UPS however we will use other delivery networks where applicable. This service is only available in England and Wales.

5.7.2 Express Delivery 1-2 day delivery is subject to availability, delivery location and force majeure. Express delivery orders that are received by 5pm on a working day will be dispatched that day to our relevant fulfillment / delivery partner. This service is only available in England and Wales.

5.7.3 Extended Delivery Normally 1-5 working days depending on location. This delivery service is required for Highlands and Islands, a collection of post codes defined by couriers, these include, but are not limited by the following:

6.0 Exporting
6.1 Should the delivery address you have requested be subject to an export charge we are unable to deliver to these addresses.

7.0 Credit card information

7.1 We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

8.0
Shortages and Returns

8.1 If any item that you have ordered does not arrive however it does show on your delivery documents this is known as a shortage. All shortages must be notified to Stationery UK Ltd by email within 3 working days. Please ensure that you know the product code, delivery note number and quantity ordered (or missing) to enable us to process the shortage.

8.2 If you wish to return a product because it is damaged on arrival please notify Stationery UK Ltd by email within 3 working days. Again please ensure that you know the product code and delivery note number to enable us to process the return.

8.3 Standard returns â€“ Please advise us within 14 days if you wish to return any products that you have ordered. Any bespoke or â€œspecialâ€ product orders are strictly non returnable. Furniture items returned are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

8.4 In all return scenarios â€“ the products must be in their original packaging, if the original packaging is not returned with the goodsÂ and is not suitableÂ for re-saleÂ we will be unable to accept the return from you.

8.5 Any refund shall be for purchased goods only, delivery charge or other services are excluded from the amount refunded. The value of linked promotions/special offers (i.e. quantity discounts) shall be deducted from the final amount refunded.
