Plus-fabric Gusset Envelopes

Here you can find our huge range of high quality gusset envelopes. These envelopes will take a larger amount of paper compared to a standard envelope. We have a range of envelope sizes including the common C4 gusset and C5 options. Generally gusset envelopes with a window and without have the same closure type (peel and seal) which gives a longer shelf life.

There are a few different closure options available which include peel and seal, gummed as well as self seal envelopes. We also have a variety of colours and strengths. Gusset envelopes also have the added option of how wide you would like them to expand. Generally this is around 25mm however there are options of up to 50mm. A popular option is the New Guardian heavyweight Envelopes peel and seal. These are made using 130gsm manilla paper making them stronger and able to withstand the postal process.
