Suspension files are an age old filing system and are commonly found in large metal filing cabinets. However, suspension files can also be kept in a number of smaller and more transportable options such as filing trolleys, storage boxes, metal filing boxes and filing frames. Whether you use a small number of hanging files and cannot warrant a large filing cabinet, or if you put your used files into archive, we are sure to have a solution to fit your needs, all suitable for any school, home or office.

Our range of suspension filing boxes includes lockable metal boxes which are available in two sizes to fit either foolscap or A4 suspension files. These boxes have a carry handle in the lid and are ideal for when you regularly transport your files to different locations. We also have a wide range of plastic filing boxes and click and store archive boxes. Again these come in different sizes depending on the size of your files. Both the plastic boxes and the metal boxes have room within the lid space so that you can keep your suspension file tabs attached for quick and easy identification.

The suspension file frames are ideal for holding a smaller number of files on a desktop or cabinet. These metal frames are sturdy and easy to put together.

You can also shop our range of suspension file trolleys which can hold a larger number of up to 80 foolscap suspension files.
