The reverse side is coloured to match the post box with the correct food group. They try to identify the food group it belongs to using the A4 laminated Eatwell Guide. They then check the answer on the reverse of the card and post it into the post box with the corresponding colour. An 12 page booklet gives added guidance and advice about the different food groups and healthy diets. This set contains 46 cards, 5 post boxes 14cm x 6cm x 6cm to represent each of the food groups, a laminated A4 Eatwell Guide and a 12 page teachers booklet. Age 5.The Eatwell Guide defines the governments advice on a healthy balanced diet across 5 food groups and is published by Public Health England in association with the Welsh government, the Scottish government and the Food Standards Agency in Northern Ireland.
