    MONIN Violet syrup captures the delicate, floral flavours and aromas of violet petals. Violets have been used in cooking and beverages for hundreds of years. MONIN Violet syrup is perfect for use in iced teas, lemonades, cocktails and mocktails.
  2. Flavour: Bright, floral aroma. Followed by a delicate violet and candied floral notes on the palate.
  3. Used in hot drinks, dessert drinks, milkshakes, mocktails, cocktails
  4. Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
  5. Suitable for vegan, vegetarian diets. Alcohol-free, Halal, Kosher. Pure sugar syrup. Natural flavourings.
