  1. The Klever Eco XChange20 with Narrow Blade Head features a recessed blade with a reusable handle and is the FIRST plastic safety cutter made of recycled material. This lightweight yet durable cutter includes a replaceable blade head and integrated metal tape splitter. The replaceable 20 heads dual narrow openings and high-quality carbon steel blade allow for double the usage while the longer handle allows for increased reach. Keep the handle, replace the head!
